These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Poker Hall Kakadu website and your presence at our offline poker venue in Alice Springs, Australia.
By accessing this website or entering the venue, you agree to be bound by these terms. Poker Hall Kakadu is a poker-first venue focused on real poker tables, physical cards, and face-to-face poker.

Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Poker Hall Kakadu website and your presence at the venue constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This is a binding agreement between you and Poker Hall Kakadu, and it applies from the moment you access any part of this website or step into the venue at 93 Barrett Drive, Alice Springs.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access the website or enter the venue. These terms apply to all visitors, including those who reserve poker tables, attend poker nights, or visit the Card Lounge. Age Requirement and Entry

Poker Hall Kakadu is a serious poker venue for adults aged 21 and over. Entry to the Poker Room, Card Lounge, and all poker tables is restricted to individuals who meet this age requirement.

Venue Conduct
Poker Hall Kakadu is dedicated to real poker, real tables, and real cards. All visitors must respect the physical poker experience and fellow players.
- Respect the game. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or interference with poker games is not permitted.
- Keep devices away from the table. Mobile phones and electronic devices must not be used at poker tables.
- Venue discretion. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate these conduct rules.
Reservations and Cancellations
Visitors may reserve real poker tables in the Poker Room or Card Lounge by contacting the venue directly. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Poker Hall Kakadu staff. We recommend booking in advance for private poker sessions and scheduled poker nights.
Cancellations or changes to reservations should be communicated as early as possible so that other players can use the table. The venue does not guarantee specific table assignments or game formats, and we may adjust table allocation to suit the needs of the room on the day.
Financial Neutrality
Poker Hall Kakadu is an offline poker venue focused on the physical poker experience. The venue does not advertise, promote, or facilitate any form of wagering, betting, or financial transactions related to poker games. Our purpose is to provide a premium environment for serious poker players to enjoy real poker, real tables, and real cards.
All poker activities are conducted in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. We maintain a financially neutral position and do not offer, endorse, or support any gambling-related financial activity on the premises or through this website.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
